Wall decals
CUSTOMER CARE
Cosmetic wear and tear can start within weeks of use, especially the nature in which our products are to be used.
Factors Include;
- Extreme heat.
- Contact with food, juices, teas, saliva etc.
- Miss use of product.
- Physical contact, touching, rubbing, cleaning etc.
- Contact with other materials i.e. floors, walls carpets etc.
- Poor installation of product.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
Wall Decals;
Our wall decals are removable and therefore can become a choking hazard for your little ones.
Our wall decals are semi permanent and therefore we cannot guarantee that they will remain adhered to your place of positioning.
Adult supervision is always required.
Baby Loungers;
Do not place baby too high or low on our baby loungers.
Never leave your baby unattended or under a child's supervision whilst in our baby nests.
Place your baby on their back whilst resting in the baby nest.
Ensure you have placed your baby nest on a hard flat surface to stop from falling.
Do not place your baby nest near flammable particles.
Silicone Products;
Do not place your silicone products near flammable particles.
Adult supervision is required at all times to ensure the safety of your child i.e. choking hazard.
